Princeton Tec, Tec-40 Review

When I received the Princeton Tec 40, I at first thought it was a good buy -- substantial amount of light and solid construction. Now I realize I cannot count on it and I'm throwing it out because I need a reliable flashlight for camping and work. When I try to turn it on it invariably fails to light, even though the batteries and bulb are OK. Something in the design makes the internal connections unreliable, so I have to take the flashlight apart and put it back together again, after which it lights, until I turn it off and try to light it the next time.
