Paha Que Food Tent Md: 800-2000-000 Review

The concept is solid, but this product could use a couple things. As it stands, the flaps on the front and back don't actually form any kind of seal over the access windows, they just sort of drape over the openings and secure on the bottom with Velcro. This leaves significant gaps along the sides, especially near the top, as if the netting and the stitching weren't the same size; it looks like the seams on the side are too long to lay flat against the rest of the structure. I'll just have to pick up some Velcro to stick on the sides.

There's a strap on the bottom to secure it to the table it's on. It can only strap to a table as shown in the picture. It would be nice if it was fed through a sleeve on the bottom that was in a tee shape the way a lot of dome tents are, or a separate strap and four of those [|] shaped strap adjuster dealies on the sides so you could also strap it lengthwise on the table since you don't always know the size of the table available to you, or you just want to make different use of the space.

Realistically the strap isn't a huge deal unless it's very windy and you aren't going to be putting anything inside it. The tent is almost entirely netting, so wind passes through it pretty easily and it doesn't take much to hold it down.
