Princeton Tec Vortec 4AA Halogen Headlamp (Granite) Review

This is a very solid headlamp. It is bright. It is substantially well made. I believe it is waterproof. It turns on with a simple twist of the wrist to the right, and turns off with a twist to the left. You twist the black part. There is no adjusting the width of the beam. It is a narrow beam and twisting it on further doesn't seem to do anything at all. This is the way I like it so it is perfect for me. Other headlamps start narrow and adjust wide, or start wide and adjust narrow. Not this one, just narrow. The straps are very strong. I really like my Vortec.
