Coleman Roadtrip Beach Shade Review

Arrived on time and in good condition.
Time consuming to put up, larger than most beach shades I've had.
Easy to carry, but bag fell apart quickly.

Portable 8' Beach Shelter Review

We bought this to take with us to the beach to shade our 8 month old baby. I also wanted a discrete place to nurse her as well.
I set it up at home first to see how difficult it would be - it was really easy - just three poles used and its up! It was very roomy.
Definately a bit more difficult at the beach to do it, but that's factoring the wind and sand. Still quite easy though.
It was very cool inside, however, not when the front is zipped up (which I tried when I needed to feed the baby) --- it got very hot with the front closed up. But it still offered alot of privacy, even with the front part opened up.

It folds up smaller than one of those packageable lounge chairs, very light, and I know its going to be something we use for many years.

ABO Gear Summer Habitat Tent (11.8- x 10- x 6.5-Feet) Review

I bought this because we live in southern California and I was sick of dealing with an umbrella on our windy beaches. This tent goes up quickly and packs up quickly. The pockets on the side filled with sand easily keep the tent in place and are no problem to empty when you're ready to go.The shades allow you to see out, but keep the area inside the tent nice and cool. You can leave the zipper front open for a breeze or close it up to block most of the wind.Fits three adults laying down very comfortably and there's no stooping down because the tent is nice and tall.My one complaint is that bugs fly in and then can't figure out how to leave. They gather along the screen, so they aren't a nuisance - just kind of gross. We have gotten many compliments on the tent and I'm looking forward to a nice summer on the beach because of it.Highly recommended!

Large Solar Shade Review

I mainly bought this shade tent to keep my 8 month old out of the sun during a Gulf of Mexico beach vacation in Florida, but it ended up being used by my entire family. It affords much more coverage than an unbrella, or even an overhead tarp because it has a top and 3 walls.

I performed a test assembly and disassembly in my yard at home before attempting this at the beach, and highly suggest any potential buyers to do the same. The first few times required 2 people, but after that I could assemble/disassemble by myself in about 10 minutes. The hardest part is successfully removing the spring loaded breakdown poles during disassembly, because they want to catch on the tent sleeves during removal. The key is to position the sleeves as straight as possible, and to push the poles instead of pulling them.

The tent is very effective in keeping you in the shade, and can comfortably seat 3-4 adults and an infant. The mesh interior storage pockets come in very handy, and were used quite often. The roll-up windows allow some breeze to blow through, but can also be easily closed for privacy or to block the sun. The corner sand pockets are an absolute must at the beach, because regular tent stakes would never hold this thing down on a windy beach.

4 out of 5 only because of the somewhat cumbersome disassembly, especially by yourself on a windy beach.

One Touch Push Up Easy Setup Beach Shelter 8 Feet Tent Better than Pop Up Easier when Fold Up Review

I bought this one as Christmas present for my nephew. Couldn't test it on the beach due to the weather. Played with it in the park, it is quite easy to set up and fold up. Highly recommend.

The fabric is better than the cheap pop up tent in the market.
