First thing I did upon receiving these gloves was to put them on and put my hands under some very hot running water (+60C/+140F) for 5 min. The outer lining of the glove got really hot but on the inside -my hands felt cool and dry.Next I tried the extreme cold. It's some -16C (3F) outside, so I went for a walk. My face got cold right away but these gloves kept my hands warm.
I especially appreciate that it's thin and the abrasive pimples on the palm side of the glove. It allows for great precision and helps operate even the most delicate instruments while outside in the cold.
The only downside I can think of - these gloves look really cheap. But hey, who cares about looks when it's bloody freezing outside ;-)
